I've been gaming for my entire life! I started with a GameBoy at age 5, played my Grampa's Atari for several years, graduated to SNES on my 6th birthday, played all the other consoles with friends (original Nintendo, Sega, N64, etc.), went on to PS1, 2, and 3, and now mainly play PC games. I've even flirted with newer handheld systems and different versions of Xbox :)
Besides games, I'm just a nice person who laughs a lot and loves my dogs. I'm mostly a homebody because people-ing is hard, but I'm always open to fun ideas.
I work as a therapist (yes, mental health) and am lucky enough to both work from home and to also mostly make my own hours, which is awesome! The main downside is that I can sometimes be way, way too accommodating to my clients... but it's because I care! (And maybe sometimes I have trouble saying no)
I also have pretty noticeable ADHD symptoms when I'm not masking, so if you're neurodivergent, too, then we'll probably get along great!
I just moved to Illinois from Massachusetts a few months ago, so definitely interested in friendships as well as relationship stuff. I'm pretty easy going and open minded so long as there is communication and honesty in everything!
